The economic association, titled economica was established in 2010. It was inaugurated by dr. ibrahim cholakkal, principal emea college, kondotty. Since then the department is showing keen interest in the overall development of the students by organizing varieties of programmes which could enable students to learn without taking it as a burden.Seminars, debates, quizzes, paper presentations, collage, trade fest, food fest, etc. are the notable events organized by the economic association.
