Identity card will be issued to the students from the office and they must wear identity card around the neck while they are in the campus

Students are not allowed to entire the campus without ID card.

Students should carry their identity cards when they represent the college for any function outside.

It may be noted that the identity card has to be produced on claiming hall tickets, mark lists, certificates, scholarships, stipends and caution deposits, attending internal and external examinations, entering lab and library, sports and arts at college and university levels and any other extracurricular activities of the college

Student should produce their ID for inspection whenever they are required to do so by the members of the staff and the college authority. Violation of the rule will be treated as misconduct and will be fined Rs 100/-

If the identity card is irrecoverably lost, duplicate may be issued at student's expense of RS- 150/- with the special permission from the principal on submission of the written request for a duplicate ID attested by their parents or guardian.

Students are directed to submit a passport size photo in digital format in a CD
