About Us

Chemistry is the central science charting our path of inquiry, guiding us through our understanding of the world around us and revealing what is possible. The department of chemistry, St. Marys College Puthanangadi was established under University of Calicut. Our main objective is to teach chemistry in an integrative and holistic manner. We have well equipped modern laboratory with all facilities. The department is ensuring that, the students entrusted to our care are inculcated with high morale, spiritual values and ethics. The Department organizes various programmes for the overall development of the students. Tutorial and Mentor-Mentee programs and Parent-teacher-student interactions are held periodically to evaluate and improve the performance of the students. The Department regularly organizes seminars by experts on different advanced and relevant topics of Chemistry.
